Built for the stockroom

One product. Three practical workflows.

Use Magento as your catalog reference while the physical work happens on a scanner phone or desktop.

Inventory counts

Scan to identify a product, check Magento quantity, and flag discrepancies during year-end or cycle counts.

Physical counts and approved stock adjustments stay in your count process.

See the count workflow

Receiving

Confirm incoming products, track quantities, undo mistakes, and export a receiving CSV for invoice review.

Receiving scans do not automatically increase Magento stock.

Veeqo picking

Combine tagged orders into one pick list, organized by bin and SKU. Scan any item or mark it picked manually.

Uses a local batch and Veeqo tags, rather than Veeqo native picked-line status.

Hardware scanners send barcode text to the browser. Product images, SKUs, descriptions, and quantity context help the operator confirm the match.

  • Magento barcode and SKU lookup with discrepancy flags
  • Receiving quantities, saved history, and CSV export
  • Veeqo batch picking and recent orders when connected
  • Mobile and desktop access with admin setup included

Check the fit before changing your process.

A strong starting point

  • Magento 2 and physical stock you manage yourself.
  • Barcode values populated in your Magento catalog.
  • Paper invoices, repeated admin searches, or spreadsheet counts slowing the team down.
  • A keyboard-input scanner and a browser on the stockroom floor.

Worth checking first

  • Multi-Source Inventory or source-specific stock quantities.
  • Receiving that must update stock automatically.
  • Picking that must set Veeqo's native picked-line status.
  • Warehouse automation already handled by a full WMS.

Questions before getting started

What do I need to get started?

A Magento 2 store, integration credentials, and products with barcode values in the Magento GTIN attribute. Use a modern browser and a scanner that sends keyboard input. Manual SKU lookup is also available.

Does it update Magento stock automatically?

Receiving tracks scanned quantities and exports a CSV for review. Search displays Magento quantity and can flag discrepancies with notes. Your team reviews and applies stock adjustments through its existing Magento process.

Does a phone camera scan barcodes?

The mobile workflow supports hardware scanners that send keyboard input, including Android scanner phones. Camera-based barcode scanning is not included. Manual barcode and SKU entry are available.

Do I need Veeqo?

Veeqo is needed only for the picking and recent-order workflows. Magento product lookup, inventory review, and receiving work without Veeqo.

Will it work with multiple inventory sources?

The current Magento quantity lookup uses the stock-item API. Multi-Source Inventory and source-specific quantities need a compatibility check before use. Tell us about your stock setup before relying on the displayed quantity.

What happens after I send a request?

We review your Magento setup and the workflow you want to improve, then reply by email. If the setup is suitable, we help create the account and connect the integration. The request does not collect payment.
