Why it exists

Built around the item in your hand.

M2 InstaCount grew from a real Magento stockroom, where identifying products, checking deliveries, and picking orders meant too much searching and too many repeated steps.

The product puts Magento catalog information next to the physical task. It runs in a browser on a scanner phone or desktop, with product images, SKUs, descriptions, and quantity context close to the work.

What the product does today

Inventory counts

Scan to identify a product, check Magento quantity, and flag discrepancies during year-end or cycle counts.

Physical counts and approved stock adjustments stay in your count process.

Receiving

Confirm incoming products, track quantities, undo mistakes, and export a receiving CSV for invoice review.

Receiving scans do not automatically increase Magento stock.

Veeqo picking

Combine tagged orders into one pick list, organized by bin and SKU. Scan any item or mark it picked manually.

Uses a local batch and Veeqo tags, rather than Veeqo native picked-line status.

Evidence from real use

The public case study documents one anonymous operation: a year-end count across approximately 4,500 SKUs, four timed picks, and six timed receiving orders.

It includes the comparison processes, timing boundaries, screenshots, and limits of the measurements.

How it connects

Magento integration credentials provide API access to product and inventory data. Credentials are encrypted at rest. You can revoke the integration in Magento.

Veeqo is optional and supports the picking and recent-order workflows. Multi-Source Inventory, custom barcode data, and existing WMS setups need review before use.

Compare the integration and product limits

A direct conversation before setup.

Describe the process you want to improve. We will check compatibility and help you decide whether the product is suitable.
